We do allow for returns up to 3 days after receipt of the item, however we do not allow returns for custom made bracelets. If an item is damaged or not as described you may return it for a full refund including shipping and handling. We do not refund for buyer's remorse which means you either changed your mind or it was not what you wanted. Please look at all pictures and description before buying, make sure you do want this item. Before returning an item you must contact us first and we will let you know the information needed for a return.
